“If your business isn’t growing… it’s dying”
I disagree.
I think you need constant personal growth to live a fulfilling life.
But endless growth of my company… not for me.
Sure, a start-up is born into growth.
It takes a lot of energy for an entrepreneur to get it off the ground.
Systems, processes & delegation…
Eliminating tasks outside of your personal ‘zone of genius’.
But when the heavy lifting is complete, I believe the owner should enjoy a consistent rhythm.
Of course there will still be stuff on your calendar.
But you can approach that stuff with a new lens.
Optimizing for growth can be replaced by optimizing for lifestyle.
Doing what you want to do, when you want to do it.
That clear headspace invites creativity…
…so innovation is natural.
Because –
“If your business isn’t innovating, it’s dying.”
And that’s the type of business I love building.
